Shaggy to Chic, LLC wants to provide you with the safest and most efficient service possible. Please review our policies that are set in place to provide the best service possible.

Payment:

Payment of cash, check, or credit card is due at time of service. 

There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

Vaccinations:

The Rabies Vaccination is required by Pennsylvania State Law. Proof of this vaccine will be requested at the first appointment and will it will be required of each pet owner to keep their dog current for future appointments with Shaggy to Chic, LLC.

Health Issues:

If your pet has any known health complications or allergies, please inform your groomer. This will help us give your dog the best possible care.

Fleas:

If your pet has fleas, flea bath your pet at home and treat with a preventative such as Frontline Plus or K9 Advantix two days after the bath. It is important to keep the Shaggy to Chic van clean and sanitary. If any live fleas are found on your pet during their grooming they will be treated with a Flea and Tick bath immediately.

De-Matting:

De-matting is time consuming and can be an unpleasant experience for your pet. If the mattes are too severe, in order to keep your dog comfortable and happy, they will need a smoothie (shave-down) and we can start fresh. If the matting is mild to moderate, we will be happy to de-matte for an additional charge.

Refusal Of Services:

Shaggy to Chic, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that has health issues that would endanger the pet’s safety during a grooming session. Overly aggressive dogs may also be refused service for the safety of the groomer.
